When you have interest from a home loan as a deduction, how does that effect your federal tax return?
I was wondering if we get all the interest we paid back as a refund.
no you dont get the interest back.
you can deduct it on shcedule A but only do it if its more that your standard deduction (it most probably is).
this will allow you to pay less in taxes. the cool thing is that if that money was rent you could nt deduct it so you’d pay taxes on that money, but since its mortgage you dont have to pay taxes on that income.

I’m going to my junior high prom at Gargulios restaurant, it ends at 10. I was thinking of walking back home via the boardwalk/beach with my date (I live in Manhattan Beach) Now I’m wondering if its safe to be around there from 10-11 ish?
I know the distance of the boardwalk, I’ve been there many times, just not at night.
It’s fine. I’ve walked along there after weekend Cyclones games, i.e. around 11 pm, and there were tons of people out walking the boardwalk and/.or eating and drinking at the Brighton Beach cafes — also there are cops and Parks Department staff patrolling. Have a great prom weekend!

Hello, I do know of 4. I found them when I was searching for work as well. These are REAL jobs and you have to really be serious. Some are commission and some are hourly paid and I think 1 pays you hourly and commission. I think it starts you out at about $7 an hour or your state legal minimum wage. After you fill out the application they will contact you back to let you know if you got the job. You pay nothing. But what is required is a personal room that you can make like an office setting, a computer with Internet connect (NOT WIFI), a home landline phone separate from you home line or if you use your home line you cannot have call waiting. and you must not have any background noise like children, pets, TV etc or they will fire you. Openings are not always avail. so you just have to check back from time to time if there isn’t any openings now. These are real jobs that were a special report by MSN News. Unfortunately I could not apply because I have a sometimes fussy newborn, dont use a landline, we have cellphones that’s on a family plan at $150 a month and we have a wireless Internet connection.
