help, girl troubles. i need a lot of opinions on this ASAP, i know i’ve asked already?

at the moment, i ‘like’ three girls.
i live in swindon (UK), one of these girls (that i like the most) lives in exeter,

ok so, the first girl does like you, but not as much as her boyfriend, and not enough to break up with him, she was making this clear when she talked about him on aim….shes trying to show you that he is still important to her. so DONT go out with her. the second girl would be nice to date, but dont seem like the kind of person who could handle long distance relationships….
the third girl is probably just feeling nostalgic about ya’lls relationship…. i guess i would go out with one of the bitish girls because they live closer, but think about this =…is both of them are cheating on their boyfriends with you, what makes you think that they would cheat on you with someone else? i say dump them all and find a nice girl closer to home.

Business Question: Should I sell my products via a distributor or on my own company website?

I know some businesses can make more profit selling directly from the company site as opposed to 3rd party distributers who would take their cut, but I haved noticed more prestigious bigger companies in my particular market sell via distributors or luxury stores and just use their sites as brochures with no pricing etc( I produce several luxury home products which sell above £1000 per item)

as you may be aware selling via a 2nd and 3rd party cuts into your profits, also decreases your ability to plan around actual income. give that there are only two ways to earn expantion money (cut costs or more sales over a shorter time) would you really hold youself back by settling with non-direct sales.

having said that waiting for that phone to ring is an irritation too. I’ll settle for the standard ebay tactic of simply lie – set-up your support centre that hypes the product (website and call centre), then the second sales department isolated from your base. now your attempting to sell and hype – third option the distributer, who can undercut your more expensive reseller (you), then offer a price match as a result (all they’ll see is two sellers trying to undercut – you get sales and so does your third party seller).

yet another option – set up a franchise package, to get better control over the business and as you charge for the franchise they’ll work hard to keep you in dusiness – providing you an income or support. this puts more money into the front end designs, paid by the franchise to help the franchise. most people who buy fanchise don’t actually know what there doing, so expect lots of silly comments and for them to fall out of the business at a moments notice, removing your obligation and there cash.

Work From Home Bilingual
When americans are looking for jobs why do we have to be bilingual? Shouldn’t the immigrants speak english?

Everytime I find a job that I qualify for I can’t apply because they want you to be bilingual. I believe the immigrants should speak english if they live here in the USA not us speaking there language.
If they want to speak there language then they should do it in there home not at the work place or in public business.
I am not prejudice but it makes me mad when they live here in the USA and they want us to speak there language and they cant speak english.

HELLLOOOOO??? Am I the only American answering this question??? I was born here and I have lived here my whole life and I ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT have to learn another language to communicate with people in MY OWN COUNTRY! If I moved to India or S. America or Mexico or whatever I would not expect people to learn English so I would feel at home and comfortable! I would not move there until I knew at least the minimum appropriate language to speak to the people of that land with respect. If you go to another country at least have respect enough for the people of that land to learn thier language…and maybe even a bit about thier history. I understand that people come here to get away from poverty and find a better life, I don’t disagree with the USA giving that to them but as far as not being able to afford to learn English…that’s a crock! It’s spoken everday all day everywhere you go! Your kids go to school and learn and are taught in English…..learn from them! To say that someone is unqualified for a job because they only speak the language of the country in which they live speaks that is the dumbest and stuck – up thing I have ever heard!! Just like Gearge Carlin says…”If you are going to take my order of french fries and a double cheeseburger, do it in English” PERIOD! I am living proof of respect for people in those countries…just so you know I am not talking “out of the side of my neck” I was actually thinking about moving to Italy and in the process of researching that option I also looked up a few local places where I could take basic Italian. It’s just respect for the country in which you live to learn the language….not ask the country to learn yours!!

P.S…….blondie….a mispell does not mean that someone does not know english…and stereotyping is probably not in your best interest…I mean you are a blonde!!

Temp agencies don’t have jobs these days. They haven’t had any jobs since long time ago.

Yeah that’s rough..as of February 12th I was laid off and just a week later I got hired for a job. The way I did it…is through www.monster.com . I really wasn’t sure if it would do me any good but out of 4 views of my profile I got 2 phone calls..and one resulted in a job. You go and register on there and fill out all the different categories for your profile and it’ll let you post as many different resumes as you like. It will show you how many people have viewed your resume. I’m in banking too..so you’d think with all the stuff going on right now with banks that I would be out of a job for a while but nope! (chuckling) I am a California girl who moved to N.E. Arizona and terribly miss so many things about Cali…However there are so many things that you just can’t get here that I could get at home! I feel for you and wish I could give you good answer…but all I have is that I had to learn how to make the foods that I used to buy – My problem is I don’t have anywhere to buy chinese or Thai food here – I have had to learn how to make it at home if I want it. You may find yourself in the same boat!
